鹽焗雞
菜园鸡洗净,抹干水分,用料酒和鹽擦一遍,边擦边揉,然后静置1小时。
加点泡参。(不放也可以)
用油纸包好
用粗鹽,炭焗2小时,
上桌
*粗鹽可以再循环*
