芦笋虾仁

这道菜是我是家的最爱

材料:新鲜虾,芦笋,盐,料酒,姜,蒜

炒锅烧热,放油,姜和蒜炒至出香味后,把虾仁放入油锅滑炒至变色,
入芦笋一起煸炒片刻,加少许盐调味出锅.
