和朋友kongsi一人拿15条
拿来炒猪肠粉
做法:
1.热油放入猪肉碎炒,玉米粒,加入菜脯和韭菜拌炒,
(*也可加虾米,我家小姐不能吃虾米, 没放)
2.加大约1-2汤匙的酱清和黑酱油炒片刻。
3.加进猪肠粉拌匀即可上蝶了。

Corn Soya Milk Pudding
这是饭后甜品
Ingredients:
1 Litre Corn Soya milk (我用drinho牌子)
250ml Fresh milk
70-80g Sugar
3 tsp Agar agar powder
Mix all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil at medium heat.
Keep stirring during the process so that it will not be burnt.
Remove from heat, pour pudding liquid into molds or cups.
Leave to cool at room temperature and refrigerate it for at
least 4 hours before serve.

麻香肉松蛋糕卷
这麻香肉松蛋糕卷很好吃
也是我第一次试做
一杯nescafe..和一片麻香肉松蛋糕
空闲的星期天, 好享受的下午茶。。。
麻香肉松蛋糕卷
材料:
A:
蛋白4粒
塔塔粉1/4小匙
幼糖70克
B:
蛋黄4粒
色拉油60克
牛奶70克
盐 1/4小匙
烤香芝麻 20克
C:
特幼粉80克
内馅和外层:
Mayonis
肉松
做法:
1.蛋黄加入色拉油、牛奶和盐,低速搅拌至乳化充分;
2.加入过筛特幼粉和烤香芝麻,搅拌均匀。
3.幼糖分三次加入打法的蛋白中,将蛋白打发至湿性发泡。
4.将三分之一加入拌好的面糊中,快速充分翻拌均匀,再加入剩下的蛋白完全拌匀;
5.拌好的面糊,倒入烤模或烤盘内抹平,放入预热到160度的烤箱;
6.蛋糕卷160度上下火放中层烘烤25分钟;
7.蛋糕卷出炉后待凉,倒扣撕去油纸,然后表面抹上一层mayonis,
撒上肉松,用油纸将蛋糕卷紧包好,冷藏定型即可。
8.冷藏半小时后我在整个蛋糕卷抹上mayonis,然后拼命地撒上厚厚的肉丝。。

萍果甜面包
最近很少上blog
因为晚上多数和我家小姐网上聊天
只从她上了upm自后,我怕她太闷
不知是我不舍还是我多心呢。
星期天,做了这个面包给她回带去。
这个面包叫萍果甜面包
我加了ham 和 tuna as topping
材料:-
300g high protein flour
100g cake flour
11g instant yeast
4g salt
40g caster sugar
160ml full cream milk
200g apple flesh (pounded)
1tsp bread improver
30g butter
40g shortening
Topping
Ham & ayamas chili tuna
1) Combine all ingredients in a mixer, mixed well with become a dough.
2) Add in butter and shortening, continue beat untill a smooth and elastic dough is formed.
3) Divide dough into 60g each portion. Roll into long strips. Make a "8" shape.
Seal both end make a knot. Place in ham and chili tuna on top.
4) Leave to rise untill doubled is size. Bake in preheated oven at 200c for 10 minutes or till cooked.
5) Leave to cool and pipe with mayonnaise.
