萍果甜面包

最近很少上blog
因为晚上多数和我家小姐网上聊天
只从她上了upm自后,我怕她太闷
不知是我不舍还是我多心呢。
星期天,做了这个面包给她回带去。

这个面包叫萍果甜面包
我加了ham 和 tuna as topping

材料:-
300g high protein flour
100g cake flour
11g instant yeast
4g salt
40g caster sugar
160ml full cream milk
200g apple flesh (pounded)
1tsp bread improver
30g butter
40g shortening

Topping
Ham & ayamas chili tuna

1) Combine all ingredients in a mixer, mixed well with become a dough.
2) Add in butter and shortening, continue beat untill a smooth and elastic dough is formed.
3) Divide dough into 60g each portion. Roll into long strips. Make a "8" shape.
Seal both end make a knot. Place in ham and chili tuna on top.
4) Leave to rise untill doubled is size. Bake in preheated oven at 200c for 10 minutes or till cooked.
5) Leave to cool and pipe with mayonnaise.
