红燒豆包
材料:-
炸豆包,白玉菇
調味:
糖、素蚝油和水(比例依序是1:3:6)
將豆包切半
將豆包用中火稍微煎一下後,放入白玉菇。
倒入調味酱,轉中小火蓋鍋悶煮至豆包入味,約十分鐘。
即可呈盤上桌。
