1 whole hairy melon ( 节瓜）
potato
carrot
mushroom
( all deep fried), (mushroom braised and sliced into pcs)
sauce
-----
salt
sugar
oyster sauce
sesame oil
dang gui
gou qi
water
corn flour
Sandwich the melon with potato, carrot and mushroom.
Boil the sauce and pour it over the layered melon. Steam for 20 min or
till the melon is soften.
