蒸腐竹
这一道菜,可说是很最容易准备
一般卖酿豆腐的档口都有卖这
一包只要RM 3.00 - 3.50
清洗时,我会将腐竹里的油按出来
然后,再拿去蒸
蒸出后会带少许的水,倒掉
在一个小碗里,倒些麻油,蚝油和一些炸洋葱和洋葱油,淋上腐竹
加些点缀,可上桌了。
